Each set includes:

• A perforated aluminum pizza peel to launch the pizza easily while letting excess flour fall from the surface
• A stainless steel turning peel to rotate the pizza during baking
• A brass bristle brush to clean the refractory floor without damaging it
• Sliding duroplast handles with a non slip grip and a 25 cm extension (9.8 in), for a total length of 95 cm (37.4 in)
